In the midst of all of life’s activity, do you ever feel like you are just skimming the surface? Do you wonder if there is more to this life with Christ? That you have been called to something greater?

Here are a few opportunities for you to go deeper in your faith and find community at New Hope:

Our next session of adult Sunday School is underway! Each Sunday of June, from 9:00-9:45am, join us as we work our way through the video series Everybody Always, by Bob Goff. In it, we'll look at what happens when we really do love everybody, always, and how we can become a church where everyone feels loved and embraced. Check out the trailer below:

Each session is a standalone video and discussion, so don't worry if you can't make it every week. We hope to see you there!

Our Small Group ministry is looking for you! We have a number of groups meeting regularly, and we are sure there's one that would be a great fit for you. We'll be updating this link with a full list in the near future, but for now, please reach out to the church office to learn more.

Thank you to everyone for attending our two retreats this year. Stay tuned for more announcements about our next retreats coming soon!

Motherhood is difficult ... we invite you to take some time for yourself and join us.

What is MomCo? (Short for Mom Community)

We’re convinced that moms are some of the most powerful creatures on the planet. What is the word people use to define powerful things? It is ‘the mother’… the mother of all storms, the mother of all traffic, the mother lode. To be a mother is to be a force of nature, but that doesn’t mean it should be done alone.   MomCo groups meet regularly to share the joys and challenges of motherhood. The international website is https://www.themom.co/

MomCo meeting topics can be anything from doing a craft together for fellowship or listening to a speaker talk about relevant parenting topics, and of course there is always brunch. We saved you a seat.

When does MomCo meet?

New Hope MomCo meets 1 to 2 Fridays per month September through May from 9:30am – 11:30 am.

There is also a Moms Night Out (MNO) gathering and a Playdate scheduled once per month for those who would like to participate. In addition, MomCo offers its members opportunities for service projects.

What will my child do during MomCo?

The childcare program is staffed by paid workers who have completed our background check process.  Teachers take great care of the children in the preschool wing while the mothers meet in the sanctuary.  MomCo Kids activities include a snack for the children, craft or other creative activity (depending on age of the child), stories, songs and of course, playtime with other kids.  MomCo International provides an age appropriate curriculum.

The Journey: An Invitation to Grow Deeper in Your Walk with Christ

The Journey invites you to awaken to God’s good work in and through you. Imagine the significant rewards that could result if you are brave enough to walk through a process that deepens and refreshes your life with Christ with a group of curious, motivated adults.

The Journey is a meaningful walk with others that explores the biggest questions of your faith: Who is God? Who am I? What does God desire to do through me?

The Journey group (usually 6-12 people) meets together weekly, guided by a trained facilitator who encourages accountability, safe relationships, thoughtful reflection, honest conversation, and prayer. During the pandemic, our Journey groups will meet on Zoom.

*The cost of materials is $250.00
